This website sets no cookies, embeds no analytics or tracking services, and loads nothing from third-party servers. Fonts and all other assets are served by us. There is therefore no consent banner, because there is nothing to consent to.
Hosting and server logs
The site is served through GitHub Pages, a service of GitHub, Inc., 88 Colin P Kelly Jr Street, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA.
When you open a page, the host processes technically necessary access data, in particular your IP address, the date and time, the file requested, and details of your browser and operating system. This is required to deliver the page and keep it secure.
The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest is the reliable and secure operation of the website. The transfer to the USA is based on the provider's certification under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or on standard contractual clauses.
Contacting us
If you email us, we process your details solely to answer your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for contract-related enquiries and otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. We delete the data once it is no longer needed and no statutory retention period applies.
Booking a call
For scheduling we link to the service Cal.com. You leave our website only when you open that link; from that point the provider's privacy policy applies. No data is transmitted from our side.
Your rights
You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20), and the right to object to processing based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (Art. 21). A message to the address above is enough.
Right to complain
